Cross-training for on court performance is an essential while in season. However, many forget about this valuable strategy in the winter months, when play might be limited. Tennis and Pickleball players need to keep up a cross-training routine during the colder months. Tennis Station encourages our customers to engage in activities such as swimming, yoga, or even indoor cycling can help maintain overall fitness levels. Maintaining core muscle strength and balance will allow players to get back to full court performance when temperature warm and competitive seasons kicks off.
